MTE loves being involved in major £1 million flagship residential schemes – but we’re just as happy to work with smaller developers on one-off bespoke projects.

In recent years we’ve worked with builders to help create beautiful, stylish contemporary homes which push the envelope in terms of design, sustainability and energy efficiency.

Not only do our timber framed homes look great; they’re also made from farmed timber from renewable sources, ensuring every element of each house is truly ‘green.’

One such new-build we were privileged to work on was a state-of-the-art family home in the pretty Welland Valley hamlet of Church Langton near Market Harborough.

Appointed by local developer Langton Homes – a builder specialising in the development of prestigious properties throughout the Midlands – we looked after all the timber aspects of this impressive property and created a home which turns heads.

Every Langton Homes’ project is completed to an exceptional standard, with the developer proud of achieving the highest quality levels throughput all aspects of the construction process.

This ‘grand design’ is one of several we’ve been involved in and perfectly illustrates how timber engineering can be used to build a house which is totally unique.
